Established in 1968, Sleaford Quality Foods Ltd has earned the enviable reputation for quality and service.
The Company supplies ingredients to many of the UK's major food manufacturers and food service companies with whom it has become a supplier of choice. The Company works hard to maintain this status by continually challenging itself to improve levels of service.
The best prices are achieved by sourcing the majority of its products direct from various manufacturers across the globe. The Company only purchases from its approved suppliers who have been audited to ensure that they can offer the required level of product support.
We sell over 1200 different dried and canned products including its own range of dried blends. We offer full technical back-up for each product sold supported by our ISO and BRC accreditations.
The Company
The Company is able to provide a "one-stop shop" to its customers by offering such a wide variety of products on mixed pallets with the minimum order currently only £300.
All products are stored in our 80,000 sq. ft. warehouse and the majority delivered using our own transport fleet. We are proud that over 95% of our orders are delivered complete and on time. We deliver to all customers on a regular day on a weekly basis and only require 7 working days to process your order. However the Company is responsive to its customers needs and will accommodate late orders whenever possible.
Our customer service department will deal with any queries on a timely basis and offer service levels to the highest standards. We also have a dedicated tele-sales team who will take your orders.
Based in Sleaford, Lincolnshire, the Company has a turnover in excess of £25m and currently employs 89 staff. The Company encourages staff training and development and is proud of its low staff turnover.
