Proud to announce our very own Kate Clawson has won the prestigious Food Manufacture Excellence Factory Manager of the Year 2024 Award.

In front of a packed audience at London Hilton Bankside on 8th February, Kate walked off with the top prize, beating several industry rivals in a keenly-fought race.
The Awards have been running for 24 years and have become an established mark of quality and excellence, however 2024 is the inaugural year of the ‘Factory Manager of the Year’ award therefore an impressive personal achievement for Kate who has worked with Sleaford Quality Foods since 1999.

Factory Manager of the Year Kate said:

“I’m over the moon and extremely proud to have won this award, especially considering the quality and experience of the other finalists.  I joined Sleaford Quality Foods part time while I was still at school studying for my A Levels so could not have dreamed that I’d one day win this award.  I’m so grateful to my colleagues, past & present who have helped me get to where I am today. I’d also like to congratulate the other finalists and wish them well for the future”
