We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Sales Support Team at Sleaford Quality Foods. The principal duties of the role include:
- Direct responsibility for generating orders through proactive customer contact
- Proactive outbound calling
- Building and maintaining successful relationships with customers
- Providing support to the external field sales team
- The processing and management of sales orders
- Following orders through from order entry to despatch, liaising with all departments to ensure all information is communicated to the customer in a timely manner
The successful candidate will have:
- A positive and customer focused attitude in line with our company values
- A professional and confident telephone manner
- The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Work to KPIs with regards to outbound calls / customer contact
- Excellent administrative and organisation skills
- The ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team
- Computer literacy skills, including Excel, Database and CRM
- Previous sales support experience is essential.
